You should see the scope, selections, and price before you sign anything. Preconstruction is how we define the project, so the proposal describes exactly what you're agreeing to build.

Framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finishes have to happen in the right order. Coordinating those trades is our job, not yours.

Initial Consultation
We talk through the house, what you want to change, and whether it's the kind of project we take on.

Project Qualification
We both decide whether it's a good match. A project this size is a long working relationship, so it should start with an honest read on scope and timing.

Preconstruction & Planning
We work out the drawings, selections, existing conditions, and construction plan before we commit to a price.

Proposal & Contract
You get a proposal that spells out the work. Construction starts once the contract is signed and the scope is clear.

Construction
We run the site, manage the trades, and keep you up to date while the work is underway.
06
Completion
We walk the finished work with you, complete the remaining items, and leave the project in order.
