Meet the team

A U.S. Navy Veteran, Zack officially joined Rainier Construction in early 2020 as a Project Manager after moving back home to Idaho after his military service. Zack has worked alongside his dad from a young age, learning early on what hard work was and what it takes to be successful in home building and remodeling. Now the owner of Rainier Construction, Zack has taken in all the skills, quality work, and integrity his dad instilled in him and has brought his organization, attention to detail, and communication skills he learned through his time in service to every project. Zack and his wife Kelsey live in Boise and have two young boys, Declan and Ollie.

The foundation of Rainier Construction, Charlie began his career in construction shortly after he moved here from Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) in search for more outdoor adventure. Starting with small jobs in Sun Valley and then here in the Treasure Valley, Charlie began operating as Rainier Construction in 1986. He has since (officially) retired, handing the reigns over to his son, Zack. Although his love of building does not keep him away from consulting with Zack on current jobs from time to time. Charlie now lives full-time in Cascade with his wife Carolyn, and is usually hunting, fishing, or camping.
