Kitchens

A kitchen remodel with the building work included.

We remodel kitchens that are real construction projects: new layouts, structural openings, and the mechanical work behind the new cabinets and finishes.

Representative project photography. This is not a confirmed case study for this service.

Rebuilding a kitchen usually means more than new cabinets. Moving the sink, opening a wall to the living room, or tying into an addition changes the structure and the systems. Those decisions belong in the scope, not in a change order after demo.

A lot of our kitchens are part of a bigger remodel or an addition. A kitchen can be the whole project too, as long as there's enough construction involved to plan and permit it properly.

Who this is for

  • Your kitchen needs a new layout, a structural opening, or new mechanical rough-in.
  • The kitchen is part of an addition or a whole-home remodel.
  • You want cabinets and finishes decided before construction starts.

How planning works

  1. We settle the layout, the appliance locations, and what that means structurally before you finalize finishes.
  2. Cabinets, counters, and fixtures get documented so we can price and order them on schedule.
  3. If the kitchen opens into other rooms, those rooms go in the scope, so they don't turn into a surprise.

Questions

Do you remodel kitchens that are part of a larger project?
Yes. Lots of kitchens come with a wall removal, an addition, or a whole-home remodel. A kitchen can also be its own project when there's real construction involved.
Who picks the cabinets and finishes?
You do. We document those choices during preconstruction so they can be priced, ordered, and installed on plan.
