The Treasure Valley and McCall.

These are the cities we work in most. Permits, lots, and the typical project are different in each one, so every city gets its own page.

• BoiseWe plan and build additions, major remodels, and custom homes for Boise homeowners taking on a big project.
• MeridianMeridian’s housing is largely newer, and the projects are often additions, suite remodels, and shops on lots that already have a house and an association.
• EagleEagle projects are often larger lots, foothill sites, and houses where an addition, a shop, or a full remodel has to respect both the land and the existing home.
• StarStar still has room on many lots for the kind of project that is hard to fit in tighter Boise neighborhoods: an addition or a detached shop.
• Garden CityGarden City is a tighter mix of houses, river-adjacent lots, and commercial frontage. The work here is often a remodel of an existing building, not a new house on an empty subdivision lot.
• KunaKuna’s growth has been houses first, and the construction that follows is often an addition, a suite, or a shop the original plan did not include.
• NampaNampa sits in Canyon County, with its own city process and a housing stock that runs from older downtown blocks to newer subdivisions at the edges.
• McCallMcCall is in Valley County, on Payette Lake. It sits outside the Treasure Valley and uses its own permit process.
