Commercial

Select commercial work, scoped carefully.

Along with our residential work, we take on select tenant improvements and smaller commercial projects. We're not a volume commercial builder.

TODO: add confirmed project photography for Commercial Construction.

Commercial work at this size is still a managed construction project: an existing space, a use, a landlord or owner, and a permit. Tenant improvements in Boise and Garden City are the typical job. Large ground-up commercial development isn't something we offer.

Additions, major remodels, and custom homes are still the core of what we do. Commercial inquiries go through the same project form, so the scope is clear before anyone schedules a meeting.

Who this is for

  • You're improving an existing commercial space.
  • It's a smaller commercial project with a defined scope on one site.
  • You want one general contractor instead of hiring separate trades.

How planning works

  1. We start with the lease, the landlord's requirements, and how the space will be used.
  2. We confirm the permitting jurisdiction and any change-of-occupancy issues before calling a price final.
  3. The proposal covers your tenant improvement, not an ongoing commercial program.
