Custom construction
Custom homes, built from a defined plan.
We build custom homes for owners who want their general contractor at the table while the project is still being decided, not just after the drawings are done.

A custom home is a site, a plan, and a long list of decisions that get expensive when they're made out of order. Structure, envelope, mechanical systems, and finishes all have to line up with a budget you can actually see.
We build custom homes in the Treasure Valley and run them from preconstruction through completion. That includes substantial projects, some over $1 million. We don't sell stock floor plans.
Who this is for
- You're building a new home on a specific lot.
- You want a builder's input while the drawings and budget are still open.
- The home is big enough to justify a full preconstruction and construction process.
How planning works
- We talk through the site, what you need from the house, and a working budget before the drawings are final.
- We flag early any selections that affect structure or have long lead times.
- The proposal and contract follow a scope we can both describe.

Questions
- Do you build from stock plans?
- No. Our custom homes are built around your site and your plan, not a catalog of floor plans.
- When should a builder get involved?
- Early. Decisions about structure, site, and budget are hard to undo once the drawings are finished without us.
- How large a custom home do you take on?
- We've built substantial custom homes, including projects over $1 million. Tell us about yours through the project form. We don't publish a minimum.
