Custom home
Boise, Idaho
We plan and build additions, major remodels, and custom homes for Boise homeowners taking on a big project.
Boise houses aren't one type of building. North End and East End homes are often older, with additions that have to meet original structure and, in some districts, extra review of exterior changes. The Bench, West Boise, and the Highlands each bring a different era of construction. Newer neighborhoods like Harris Ranch are a different problem again, with HOA standards on top of the city permit.
We're based here and have been building in Boise since 1986. Even so, every project starts with your specific house. Its age, its foundation, and what you want added or opened up matter more than the neighborhood name.
Older homes where an addition has to meet existing structure, and where some streets fall in historic districts.
Established houses, including streets where exterior changes can draw additional design review.
A wide mix of mid-century and later homes, often remodeled in place rather than replaced.
Foothill lots and larger suburban houses, including additions and whole-home remodels.
Newer planned neighborhoods and in-town properties, where association rules or tight sites change the approach.
Tell us what you want to build or remodel. We'll review the project and follow up about next steps.
