Eagle, Idaho
Custom work and additions in Eagle.
Eagle projects are often larger lots, foothill sites, and houses where an addition, a shop, or a full remodel has to respect both the land and the existing home.
Eagle isn't one subdivision stretched along a collector street. Downtown Eagle, Banbury, Eagle Hills, and the foothill properties north of town behave differently. Slope, access, wildfire exposure, and view corridors show up on some sites and not others. A detail that works on a flat lot doesn't transfer cleanly to a hillside.
Our Eagle work leans toward additions, custom homes, and major remodels. The plan has to cover where the new work sits on the lot, not just what the rooms look like inside.
Neighborhoods
Downtown Eagle
In-town lots where an addition has to fit an established street and an existing house.
Banbury
A golf-course community with its own design expectations for exterior work.
Eagle Hills
Foothill homes where grade, access, and the existing structure shape an addition.
Foothill properties
Larger sites, including places where a shop is a site-planning problem first.
Permitting
- Property inside Eagle city limits is permitted through the City of Eagle. Some Eagle-area addresses are Ada County. Confirm which agency has the site.
- Hillside lots can involve extra site constraints — access, slope, and defensible space — that affect where an addition or shop can be placed. Those are checked per parcel.
- Association or architectural-review boards in communities such as Banbury are a separate approval from the building permit.

Questions
- Do you build additions in Eagle?
- Yes. Additions are a big part of what we do, including suites and expansions on existing Eagle homes.
- What is different about foothill lots?
- Grade, access, and site constraints can control where new square footage is allowed to sit. We sort those out in preconstruction, before anyone prices the plan as if the lot were flat.
- Who permits an Eagle project?
- The City of Eagle, for property inside city limits. Confirm the parcel. Nearby land can fall under Ada County instead.
